You also tend to select things out of your environment that reinforces your initial attitude and to ignore things that go against it. -Michael Monroe Kiefer M.S. The Powermind System

Once we choose an attitude (consciously or unconsciously) we will focus on parts of our environment that validate that attitude. This is the key to the law of attraction. It isn’t that we “draw in” that stuff that we focus on. It means that we take notice to the stuff that validates our attitude and we dismiss what doesn’t.
We have all been in situations where people just want to be angry. No matter what the situation or what the outcome is, they find a reason to be angry. We all also know those people that always seem to be happy. Every situation in their life seems to bring them some sort of joy. These are also the people that we want to be around….it becomes infectious.
Your brain is constantly trying to figure out what is important information and what isn’t. Your attitude tells your unconscious what is important to you. So if you have a bad attitude, that is what your brain focuses on, things that give you a bad attitude. To change your reality, you must first change your attitude or you will never be able to acknowledge the change in your life.
Your attitude dictates what we will experience throughout the day. This means that when you spend time insuring that your attitude is focused correctly, the energy spent is paid back ten fold.
Today, I will insure that my attitude is focused on where I want it to be.
Short Video on Powermind System
“By choosing your thoughts, and by selecting which emotional currents you will release and which you will reinforce, you determine the quality of your Light. You determine the effects that you will have upon others, and the nature of the experiences of your life.” -Gary Zukav – from “Seat Of The Soul

Think about someone who is always grumpy around you. Place your focus on someone who always seems to be in a bad mood and wants to let everyone know about it. Let yourself really sink into situations which you find yourself around them. Once you have immersed yourself in that energy, scan your body. What emotion do you find? Where do you feel it in your body?
Here is the interesting thing. How many times do you find yourself in this energy? How do you normally interact with your surroundings when you are in this energy? Maybe you find that you are in this energy a lot. Is there a specific part of your life that you find that you dump this energy?
The truth is that when we focus on people, places and things that give us a negative charge; we tend to spread that same energy into our world. We are much like a battery. We capture a charge or emotion as it is referred to, then we release it. Our charge comes in what we choose to focus on. If we focus on negative situations, we must by default release that negative energy.
If I choose to focus on positive situations, I will be forced by nature to release positive energy. In other words, people around me will receive positive feelings, vibes, energy, whatever you want to call it.
Use today as an experiment. Think of a time, person or situation that makes you happy. Then watch how you interact with your surroundings.

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
Book on Mindset
There are three types of people. Those who make things happen. Those who watch things happen. Those who wonder, what just happened. I want to be the first, not the last. -Cpt. Harris Deadliest Catch

Will you have spent your time in this world waiting for something better? Will you have spent your time waiting for better weather, complaining and waiting for the tides to change?
Maybe you will be a watcher; someone who sits critiquing the initiative of others. Will you spend your last review wondering how your energy had value? Will your observations be worth the energy you spent on them?
Maybe, just maybe, you were a doer. More than likely, you will have worn your body out from getting things done. Your memories would be filled with stories not believed by the other two types of people…..
Imagine the conversation that would happen with each type of person lying next to each other on their death beds. How would each feel about themselves? How do you want to choose to feel about yourself?
Today, I will make things happen…
